About Us
A Visit to Remember
Keiseraas is our Norwegian surname (yes, we are from Norway!), and with a direct translation into Spanish, Colina del Emperador became the name of our accommodation.
We are Therese and Gisle.
Over the years we have traveled to different parts of the world, but we fell in love with La Manga already 20 years ago.
We always came back here for vacations and now after 25 years in the lift industry and the technology industry respectively, we had a burning desire to fulfill our dream of starting our own guest house.
We have a high focus on personal service and want to share this small corner of our world with you.
Welcome to our home, to a different hotel experience.
We like to call it a Boutique Beach House.
Our property is uniquely situated, in the middle of two white sandy beaches and more precisely 12 kilometers out on the La Manga strip, close to the Puerto Tomas Maestre marina.
At one beach you swim in Europe's largest saltwater lagoon and at the other in the Mediterranean.
4 years ago we completely renovated the 80s villa, although we have retained some of the rustic, Spanish style and the old tiled floors indoors.
Here you have beautiful outdoor areas with sun loungers by the salt water swimming pool and seating areas where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset with the feeling of a private resort, where we gladly attend you.
For our guests, we have rooms for a total of 10 guests.
A varied breakfast is included in the price when you book on our website and we are happy to adapt the selection to your wishes.
All refreshments can be bought from us and we will gladly serve you - perhaps even together with a snack/tapas.
Lunch or dinner may be arranged upon request. Ask us about the use of bicycles and SUP-boards.
Otherwise, there are cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and bus stops within 5 minutes' walk.
